Our Team

Scott G. Oxley is the owner and President of Scott G. Oxley Co., LPA focusing on the areas of trial work, litigation, representation of businesses, and business litigation. Mr. Oxley has practiced in Southwest Ohio for over twenty-five years and is licensed to practice in all courts throughout the State of Ohio; The United States Court of Appeals, Sixth District; The United States District Court, Southern Division; The United States District Court, Northern Division; and The United States Supreme Court.

Throughout his career, he has represented numerous insurance companies, insurance company’s insureds, corporations, not-for-profit associations, and individuals throughout Southwest and Western Ohio.

Mr. Oxley received his Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio in 1984 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law in 1987. Mr. Oxley has served on numerous not-for-profit companies Board of Directors and committees with a variety of associations including the Dayton Bar Association, Warren County Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.

As a trial lawyer, Mr. Oxley has tried over one hundred cases to verdict. He has utilized his experiences as a trial lawyer in complex matters and his trial advocacy skills to assist companies and individuals with legal matters.

Mr. Oxley is a proud father of four children and resides in Springboro, Ohio.
